This project aims to harness the power of advanced data analytics to maximize GlobalBank’s reach and drive valuable new customer acquisition.

Key Objectives:

1. Identifying Untapped Market Segments:

  • Conduct in-depth customer data analysis (including demographics, transaction behavior, and preferences) to pinpoint underserved populations and business groups.
  • Utilize predictive modeling to assess the size, profitability potential, and accessibility of these newly identified market niches.

2. Developing Tailored Approaches:

  • Design unique financial products and service bundles that directly address the specific needs and barriers faced by each new segment.
  • Craft personalized, multi-channel communication strategies and campaigns, leveraging the language, platforms, and cultural context most relevant to the target demographics.

3. Optimizing the Customer Experience Journey:

  • Map the awareness-to-conversion journey for each segment, ensuring a seamless and relevant user experience across all touchpoints (online and offline).
  • Employ A/B testing and behavioral analysis to refine onboarding, lending, and customer service processes to minimize friction and abandonment rates.

4. Effective Channel Utilization:

  • Identify and pilot new marketing and distribution channels (e.g., community partnerships, specific Fintech integrations) to penetrate new markets efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Establish channel analytics dashboards to monitor performance, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) for each segment.
